What you will be doing
- Providing academic support to students by answering any questions during office hours, online chat, and live classes.
- Working in collaboration with the Academic Team to develop, improve and support the student curriculum.
- Working in collaboration with the Academic Team to identify and address learning gaps.
- Providing and documenting curriculum feedback.
- Reporting on student progress and successes.
Requirements:
What you need to succeed
- 1+ years experience in a Data Analyst role.
- You know your way around SQL and are highly proficient in Python.
- You have some experience in statistics, working with BI tools like Tableau, and working with Big-data.
- Knowledge in the following areas is a big plus: Excel, Non-Relational Databases, Database modeling and design, Spark, Airflow, AWS, and Git.
- Highly proficient and excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written.
- Outstanding facilitation skills to manage group processes and elicit student participation.
- Experience in teaching is a big plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Process-oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of project management concepts and principles.
- Ability to quickly adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts is necessary.
- Self-motivated, independent, and detail-oriented.
